Trina is a Black, queer, neurodivergent Licensed Master Social Worker who provides affirming therapy for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and marginalized individuals. She supports clients in navigating anxiety, identity, self-worth, life transitions, and the impacts of racial and intergenerational trauma.
Grounded in both lived experience and clinical practice, Trina creates a space where clients can show up fully as themselves while unpacking harmful narratives and reconnecting with their authentic selves. She approaches therapy as a collaborative, liberatory process rooted in self-trust, healing, and possibility.
